Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium will be shipped with PostNL or DPD. Deliveries to other countries within Europe will be shipped with DPD. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of (Mon-Fri) receiving a delivery update from us, we ask that you contact our customer service team so we can check what happened.
MISSING YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION?
If you did not receive your order confirmation shortly after you placed your order, it may mean that something went wrong with your purchase. Log in to My Page to see the status of your order. Go to "My Orders", locate the order and check again to make sure everything seems to be in order.
Products can be returned within a period of 14 working days after delivery - if unopened and in undamaged, original condition. Returns are possible after you have informed us within 14 days after receipt of your order, exclusively by e-mail, that you are going to return one or more items from your order. Packages in plastic seal must also be returned in the same sealed packaging.
The buyer should check the item the same day after receipt. In case of inaccuracy, it should be claimed the same day of receipt.
After you contact us you will receive a shipping label. The product must be returned within a few days. Once the return is received you will receive an email from us. If your package is received by us in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days. Note: sale items can not be returned.
COSTS FOR RETURNS
Once you place an order you are committing to a purchase. Once you want to return something or refuse at the door or pay the return costs yourself. We want people to be more conscious about just ordering online and easy returns. For the return of your order you pay the return costs. We also charge a processing fee of € 3.99. This amount will be deducted from your refund. This amount will be deducted from your return payment.
LABO-NOIR reserves the right to refuse returned items or to credit only a portion of the amount already paid, if the item is not received back in its original condition. In such a case, Republic of Fragrances will always contact the customer.
If there are any defects, please report them to us by e-mail on the same day. This rule also applies to products you have not received. Please note that we have cameras hanging above our packing tables. Each package is filmed so that we can prove what we have packed. This is to prevent fraud and ambiguity. Also, each order is digitally weighed before it is shipped.
You must then provide this proof so that we can start an investigation. This investigation with the carrier takes an average of 14-30 days. For this, you will need to provide:
1: A clear photo of the delivery box.
2: A clear picture of the inside of the box including packaging material
3: A clear photo of the products inside the box.
If you cannot do this or do not do it on the same day of receipt then we cannot process your claim.
